By the end of this course students are skilled in the Genially® eLearning software. They are able to identify and interact with the user interface, create their first project, add buttons, hotspots, layers, and lightboxes, add drag and drop interactions, create scenarios and games, insert media and audio, add animations and transitions, create quizzes, and publish the files for review, embed, or in HTML formats. Learners demonstrate and apply each skill throughout the course. 

Earners have demonstrated the ability to start with a provided script and voiceover to develop high-quality videos with TechSmith's Camtasia software. Earners are able to create intros, outros, scenes, annotations, add music, select animations, apply transitions, and render videos appropriate for the platform. These candidates are skilled in video production and editing with Camtasia. 

Earners have demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements. Earners have the ability to develop clear and concise instructional scripts that keep the problem or complex task at the center of the instruction. Earners have demonstrated competence in various assessment methods, incorporating scenarios, following the ADDIE framework, and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to gather relevant information. 

• Earners have demonstrated the ability to develop a clear course blueprint and instructional design documents with well-defined objectives that align with desired performance outcomes. Earners are able to define learning outcomes and develop mechanisms to measure learner progress and achievement. These candidates are able to structure learning, sequence learning events, identify and select delivery formats, and design formative and summative assessments.

Candidates possess an eye for aesthetics, using colors, typography, layouts, and imagery to convey instruction in a visually appealing way. Earners have demonstrated their proficiency in graphic design software to transform complex concepts into visually digestible content that is accessible.
