I created this job aid for a Chiropractor's clients- new parents whose babies have an oral tie and who need to make a care decision. Many parents feel angst and struggle with making a decision for their baby. I created the GROWS 5 step decision-making process for guiding parents through a series of considerations so they make the best decision for their baby and family. This job aid is a take-away from an online course I created which teaches parents all steps of the GROWS process.

This Welcome Packet was created for new clients at a Financial Advising and Wealth Management Firm. The Advisors wanted the welcome presentation to adhere to brand guidelines, provide an overview that was easy to read with clear expectations, and introduce the Advisors as people first and wealth managers second. The presentation is sent to clients with other onboarding documents once they have officially agreed to work with the firm and has resulted in greater client satisfaction and clarity.

This job aid was created for a Financial Advising Firm's website to clearly show prospective clients and new clients the process when working with the firm. Brand guidelines were adhered to and the succession of steps and meetings were outlined and simplified for easier comprehension. Now when a client asks what the process is for working with the Advisors, they send a link to this job aid.
